accountability and plan of action
One of the most important values of my business is accountability.
When I say accountability, I mean in all aspects of life and that does not exclude anti-racism work and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) work.
A big part of accountability is transparency and being very clear about action.
I am creating a Plan of Action to keep me accountable in the lifelong work that is dismantling racism and all other systems of oppression in our societies. This plan of action will be updated monthly, if you have questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
So long as Establiss Co is operating:
-I will be investing every quarter into anti-racism education, specifically for entrepreneurs, healers, and guides. I will be posting here what the investment for each quarter is and additional information as well for anyone else interested.
-I will be posting income reports for each month that show total income, and profits.
-I will be donating 10% of the profits from my inner child offers every month to different organizations that support POC and specifically Black people. This will be updated monthly with the organizations chosen. If you have an organization that you know needs more support, please reach out to me.
-I will continue to implement sliding scale offers and opportunities for ALL in my community because it is in integrity for me to continue to do so.
Personally, I have invested in continuous education through the Great Unlearn, a Patreon community from Rachel Cargle with monthly content. I will share other resources I invest in personally here as well.
